Privacy Notice

BoldTrade is an early-access preview operated by Double Island Labs. This page explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it. We keep it deliberately small: right now the only thing we do is let you ask to be notified when access opens.

What we collect

• Your email address — the one you enter in the waitlist form.
• Basic technical metadata — the time you signed up, an approximate country (from your connection), and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to prevent abuse and understand rough demand. We do not collect your name, payment details, or precise location.

Why we collect it

To contact you when the preview opens, to send occasional updates about BoldTrade, and to operate and protect the waitlist. That's it. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

How it's stored

Your email is stored in a secure key-value store hosted by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). Access is limited to the BoldTrade team. We retain waitlist entries until the preview launches or you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist and send email (for example, our hosting and email delivery providers), and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
• Access or delete your data — email us and we'll remove your entry from the waitlist.
• Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
